If you are experiencing issues then please follow these steps:

1. If you do not already have the iTunes software on your PC then you can download it from: http://www.apple.com/itunes/
2. Open up the iTunes program and make sure you are on the main window.
3. On the menu bar at the top click on "Advanced"
4. Click on "Open Stream"
5. In the box put "http://heritagefm.dyndns.org:8000/" without the quotes.
6. Click OK
7. iTunes will now connect to the stream and start playing it automatically. The stream will also be automatically added to your iTunes library so that you can just double click it in the future to listen.
